The person who signs the "Agreement for Services" co-owns the report with Home Inspections Islandwide. No part of the report may be shared with anyone other than the signer and the Realtor representing the signer, without the permission of both parties.
I'm not sure whether my home is considered a single family dwelling or commercial even though it is permitted as single family. How do calculate the price?
Most of the information on pricing is on the Pricing tab, but here is some clarification:
- If your home has full living quarters on the first floor and a ohana in the same building with an ohana kitchen and all is under the same room, the pricing is the total square footage plus $75 for the extra kitchen.
- If your home has a separate building with a kitchen and bathroom, the pricing would be total square footage of each structure. Each would be priced as a separate inspection.
- If your home has a separate living quarters that includes a kitchen and bathroom and is under the same room but has separate entrances and is nowhere accessible from the main house, the pricing is house square footage plus a condo square footage.
