Residential Inspection

  • single family dwelling
  • structure is under one roof
  • living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, one kitchen
  • one electric meter
  • electric panel and possibly a subpanel
  • one or two water heaters
  • all rooms can be accessed from within the structure

Commercial Inspection

  • separate units with individual entrances
  • contained under one roof
  • more than one electric meter
  • more than two electric panels
  • more than two water heaters
  • all rooms cannot be accessed from within the structure
